(This recipe is especially for Ms.Agatha)
At our house this crock pot lemon chicken is much awaited and much enjoyed! I hope y'all like it!
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in large crock pot (or smaller one if your only making half of the recipe). In a bowl stir together soup, milk, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken Cook on low 6 hours Add salt and pepper if desired.
Note: this taste delicious on top of white steamed rice.
It makes 6-8 servings

Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza
Preheat oven to 350
Pizza dough (from RHM recipe or pillsbury pizza dough)
1-2 cups of mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 cup of choice olives
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 cup of spinach (or you can use a pkg of dfrosted frozen spinach, you can use as much or little as you like)
1 can tomato sauce
1-2 cups of shredded cheddar(or colby jack)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup of parmesion (optional)
Italian Seasoning
Basil Seasoning
Garlica powder
Chop up all vegetables to desired size. Spread pizza dough out onto large cookie sheet spread tomato sauce onto pizza dough. add 1 cup of cheddar or colby jack onto pizza. Spread vegetables on top of cheese and add the remaing cheese. Add desired amount of seasonings. bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
Note Quick Tip for more flaver chop up all vegetables as directed but 2-3 hours before hand and place in large baggy throw in 3 tsp. of basil or Italian Seasoning. Stick in the refrigerater for 2-3 hours. This just adds more flaver to this very flavorful and delicious pizza.
